In industrial production, a large amount of dust is often generated. With the strict implementation of the environmental protection law, industrial producers have been required to equip corresponding dust removal equipment. With so many dust removal equipment, how do they work? Here is a brief understanding of several industrial dust removal equipment that often appear on the market.
1. Bag dust collector
The working principle of the dust collector is as follows: the dust-containing gas enters the filter chamber from the open flange at the lower part, and the coarser particles directly fall into the ash bin. The clean air chamber is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag keeps increasing, the program controller starts to work, and the pulse valve is opened one by one, so that the compressed air blows the filter bag through the nozzle to clear the dust, so that the filter bag suddenly expands, and under the action of the reverse air flow, the bag surface is given The dust quickly leaves the filter bag and falls into the ash bin, and the dust is discharged by the ash unloading valve.
Application industry: Mainly used to separate particulate dust and fine dust in industrial waste gas. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, cement, thermal power plants, building materials, foundry, chemical industry, tobacco, asphalt mixer, grain, mechanical processing, boiler dust removal.
2. Cyclone dust collector
After the cyclone dust collector is installed with a bypass, its working principle is that the dust-laden gas enters tangentially from the inlet. While the airflow is rotating, the airflow separates up and down to form a double spiral motion, and dust is generated at the boundary of the double spiral. As a result of the separation effect, the coarser dust particles are distributed to the outer wall with the downward spiral airflow. Part of the dust is drawn from the middle opening of the bypass separation chamber, and the remaining dust is carried by the downward airflow into the ash hopper. The upper spiral airflow has a gathering effect on fine particles of dust, thereby improving the efficiency of dust removal. This part of the finer dust particles is carried upward by the upper spiral airflow, forming a strongly rotating upper dust ring under the top cover, and enters the upper opening of the bypass separation chamber together with the upper spiral airflow, and is introduced into the cone through the air return port Converging with the internal airflow, the purified gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe, and the separated dust enters the hopper.
Application industry: It is mainly suitable for coarse and intermediate purification of various industrial boilers, mechanical processing, metallurgical building materials, casting, mining, cement, and mining dust.
